(1) Add 700 ml. water into this Gajanand Dosa Mix and keep it aside for 15 minutes. Whip the batter before preparing Dosa.

(2) Apply oil on a flat pan to make Dosa of your required size. Apply first wet cloth to the pan and then oil after each Dosa.

(3) Put well cooked onion and potatoes masala on each Dosa and roll it to make it even more delicious.

(4) Serve hot Dosa with Sambhar and Coconut

Note: Uttapam may also be prepared with this mix.
