Gajanand Vada
Vada, A well-known recipe of southern india are flitters famous as medu vada either doughnut or disc-shaped and are made from black gram and bengal gram. It can be eaten throughout the day either with Idli as a part of breakfast or is eaten as a light snack or as an accompaniment to another dish. It is never the main course.
Gajanand Medu Vada Mix when added with chopped green chillies, ginger paste and curry leaves make a great dish to taste. They can be served with coconut chutney and sambhar (made from Gajanand Sambhar Masala).
Since made from mixed lentils, they are nutritious and healthy. They can me made instantly either for breakfast or as a light snacks at any time of the day.
