(1) Add 220 ml. of milk or water into Gajanand Gulab Jamun Mix, Knead it gently
(2) Apply ghee on both the palms & then shape 80 round and smooth jamun without cracks from the dough.
(3) Take ghee in fry pan and put the pan on low flame. Initially fry just one Jamun, If it rises slowly to the surface, fry the remaining Jamuns. (In case the first Gulab Jamun comes up fast, allow ghee to cool down a little.) Continue frying till the Gulab Jamuns become golden brown.
(4) Soak them in hot sugar syrup for 30 minutes.
