Vegetable Pulav

Ingredients

Basmati Rice - 200 gms, Salt to taste, Oil - 5 tbsps, Chopped Onion - 1 cup, Boiled Mixed Vegetables (Peas, Cauliflower, Carrot, French Beans etc.) - 2 cups, Gajanand Shahi Biryani Masala (1 1/2)

Method

Wash & soak rice for 15 mins. Boil 2 litres of water, add salt, rice (drained) and cook till done. Drain water. Cool. Heat oil, and fry chopped onion till golden brown. Mix in the vegetables. Add Gajanand Shahi Biryani Masala, salt & stir well. Add the rice. Cook till rice is hot. Serve hot with onion/tomato raita.
